Denver Youth intiative Community Leaders

Our organization is lead by a Sustainability Team,  a  group of community leaders, fully dedicated to the young people in our city, and empowering communities by providing resources, education, and support to those in need. Our goal is for our impact on Denver to become the national model, by providing services to our youth, which are not accessible in other large cities. We believe that everyone deserves access to a better life, and we work tirelessly to make that a reality. Through our programs and partnerships, we strive to create a more equitable and just society for all. Join us in our mission to make a difference! 

Denver provides an excellent quality of life for individuals and families. The proximity to the mountains, along with cultural attractions, a strong transit system, and a variety of close-knit neighborhoods, has boosted our population. Jobs are abundant, and thousands of people from other cities in the United States have chosen to live in our fine city. Many families from other countries have selected Denver as their residence of choice. The Mile High city is a unique population of long-time Denver families, and those who have been with us after relocating.

Through the continuous growth in our population, we have not adequately met the needs of our children. There are fewer opportunities for recreation, enrichment, employment, and community service for our youth. We also have fallen short in providing the high-quality education, which our young people deserve. Sadly, people do not choose Denver because of our school system. We must change this.

This is an extremely difficult time for many. Families are struggling, especially our children. The dramatic changes in recent months have impacted our young people. We must support them as we move through this crisis and return to a sense of normalcy. This is the ideal time to redefine what our children need. Our Denver community must collectively come together to support this vulnerable and impressionable generation. The success of the youth will define the quality of life in our city. Together we must provide the foundation that will enable them to succeed.  

We must be dedicated and fully committed to this monumental task. Recent events have shown us that as a community, we must rise to the occasion as we chart a new and exciting path for our dear children. Denver will prosper as we work tirelessly to nurture and support them and celebrate their milestones and accomplishments.
